I am looking for a serious, responsible and clean person to rent the apartment that will take care of the apartment as it were its own. I love pets and they are welcome in the apartment as long as they are clean. In addition to the rest, here is some information about the apartment: The apartment is in a good area, public transportation is just around the corner, neighbors are nice peoples and you will get along with them well. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, fully furnished, fully equipped, so you won’t need anything more to move in (you can also bring your own things, furniture if you have). The monthly rent is 350€ (for the whole apartment), utilities included (water, electricity, Internet, cable). You can rent the apartment for an indefinite period, but for a minimum period of 2 months. The renting conditions are: 1 month payment plus a refundable security deposit of 700€ is required (in total 1050E), you will have it back at the end of your stay. Parking for two cars is included.  You can move into the apartment the same day you receive the keys.
The deal will be done through RE/MAX UK. The real estate agency that will handle the transaction it is a serious and reputable agency from London. They have connections with Portuguese agency's the transaction will be fast and easy.
Along with the keys you will receive 1 year renewable contract, signed and legalized at a public notary. Upon visit if you will not like the apartment from any reasons you will get your money back. If you agree with the terms send me the following data so I can go at the agency to start the renting formalities:

I will explain from the beginning to the end how the transaction works so we can avoid any unpleasant situations for both of us.

1.    I will go at the agency with your details and the apartment keys, the agency they will make a contract between me and you
2.    The agency will send you a notification and will request a money deposit with the value of the transaction done in the behalf of their agent.
3.    After the money deposit is done, an agent from your country will be assigned to handle the transaction and the keys and contract will be sent to the agent.
4.    You will visit the apartment with the agent if you decide to stay there, you will sign the contract and the money will be forward to me. If you will not like the apartment from any reasons you will not stay there and the money will be refunded integrally in same day.

Please read carefully my message and tell me if you agree, because I will pay a commission at the agency and I don’t want any unpleasant surprises.

I can come personally in Portugal to make the lease face to face. I understand that you cannot give the money to an agency that you don't know or before seeing the apartment. But as you can imagine I want a small guarantee that you will wait me, and I will not travel in Portugal for nothing, here is my proposal: Send the money to a person that you trust like your father/friend or someone from your family by Western Union services, and as destination City/Country LONDON-UK, the person is no need to be in England the transfer is done just to demonstrate that you have the money ready and I can travel with a peace of mind. In this way I can check if the money is there, you will have the money transferred to a person that you trust. Nobody except you can access the money. After you agree to rent the apartment and sign the contract, you will go with me and take the money back from Western Union, hand me the cash and the transaction is finish. It is the safest way to conduct the transaction. Western Union payment system don't use accounts like a bank to bank transfer, the money are deposited direct to the receiver name, and you don't need to open an account at them.

   Так же меня заинтересовало, почему авто размещенно на сайте беларуссии, а не на российском рынке,

You can bring your boyfriend I absolutely have no problem with that,  even your friends but as long as their are not very loud to disturb the neighbors. I have a small dog myself (an Yorkshire terrier) i am fine with small pets.
You can move from Monday,   The house is located on Av. da Madalena.

Здравствуйте,Дмитрий!Пишу Вам потому что сам попал в подобную ситуацию.Внутри все кипит-что делать не знаю,потому как найти мошенника мне не представляется возможным.Наши органы не способны на это,да и Нас таких,думаю,не мало.Единственно может попробовать посудиться с WU-тоже призрачно,но тут хоть оппонент виден,да и нарушение на лицо.Но тоже скользко,ибо как мне доказать,что я не давал мошеннику секретный код.Одним словом,я присоединяюсь к Вашему движению и прошу поделиться опытом,если таковой имеется.Спасибо.До связи

Я могу прийти с автомобилем, но только после того, как я вижу, западные перевод Союза. Этот перевод моей гарантией того, что вы реальный покупатель. Вы понимаете? Я не хочу делать 4500 км за бесценок. после того как вы сделали перевод в 5-х дней я приехать к вам. После осмотра, если вам не нравится машина, вы снимать деньги без покупки автомобиля. Эта передача является единственной гарантией того, что вы ждете меня. Вы понимаете?

Мне очень жаль, но я не могу сделать это  долгое путешествие без гарантии.
Этим переводом вы её не покупаете у меня, да и перевод не на моё имя! Вы
подтверждаете свою платёжеспособность.
Я не могу получить деньги из банка, пока вы не проверите автомобиль и не
поменяете имя получателя. если автомобиль не по моему описанию как я
обещала, то вы отменить перевод и получите свои день

Слишком запутанная схема, деньги есть,чем интересна ваша машина в отличии от всего ассортимента авто, это цена и год, исходя из этого могу вас заверить в случаи договоренности с вами я  дождусь вашего приезда, и не буду рассматривать другие варианты. К салонам отношения не имею.

Я продаю этот автомобиль, потому что у меня нету  болише работы здесь в Италии, я ношла работу в Англии там находится моя сестра,там мне нечего делоть с этой машины так как там все машины праварульные. Моё предложение таково: вы перещлёте стоимость за автомобили 120 000 руб через Western Union к примеру на имя своей  матери или(мужа, жены, брата .......). Вы отправляете деньги в Англии  например на имя ваше мамы, потом отправите копию перевода на мою электронную почту (вы, наверное, не имейте родственников в Англии , но это не имеет значения). Вы идете в Western Union и вы говорите, что вы хотите отправить 120 000 руб вашей  матери (роственику) которая сейчас находится в Англии.Я проверю если передача является реальной и приеду с машиной в России. Там вы можете проверить всё документы автомобиля, двигатель, всё что вы хотите ..... а потом мы вместе поидём в банк и вы поменяете фамилию вашей мамы на моеи сестры, и она снимит  деньги с Western Union в Англии.
Я буду ждать вашего ответа

Автомобиль в отличном состоянии, никаких происшествий,никаких проблем,
Растаможена. Я хочу, продать его быстро. Общей стоимостью 120 000 руб, если
я привожу вам автомобиль в России .
Автомобиль имеет Россиискии номерной знак , могу сняти с учёта.
