Every call started with +442036, is financial scam, they offer financial investment into Forex, Options, etc., I receive few calls every day, if a call is silent (no one talks) it's probably robocall, I think it doesn't matter if you pick up or not, they will register your number as active (receives signal), and then they will call with another VOIP number in person, to offer you scam investment. Best solution so far is to - a) waste their time, and learn English conversation for free (if they speak English), and b) use Call Blacklist app, it enables you to block all calls with any pattern, like that +44*********.    Good luck.
